Big Turnout Helps West Michigan Mustang Club Celebrate 41st Show

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – When we attended West Michigan Mustang Club’s 40 anniversary show last year with our much-requested Ford Performance Meet & Greet display, we were encouraged to see a regional club show like this one beginning to recover from the pandemic-induced stay-at-home syndrome that reduced or completely canceled many such events just a couple of years ago. Although we couldn’t be there in person for the club’s 41st Annual Mustang & All-Ford Show held again on the second Saturday in June, we were excited to hear this year’s Ford-powered-vehicles-only event drew more than 200 cars and trucks from all across the area.Grabber Blue Boss 302 Mustang first generation

Blessed with new leadership, the West Michigan Mustang Club’s yearly show provided all you’d expect, including food trucks, music, a raffle, door prizes and a 50/50 drawing. Hosted on the spacious lot at the Frontline Community Church and supporting charities including the Grand Rapids Home for Veterans, the show also offered a Founder’s Award, plus one for Kids Choice, Ladies Choice and Young Enthusiast  (car owner 25-and-under) -- as well as dozens of class awards.First generation mustangs at show

Ford Performance fans Steve and Angela Caesar not only attended with their wonderfully restored gold-on-white King Cobra, but also agreed to walk the show field and take photos for us so that we could share with you some of the fine Fords the club had on display in Grand Rapids. With our thanks to them, we hope you enjoy our selections below:Newedge Mustang parking at show
