MAKE TOUR OF PETERSEN MUSEUM PART OF EVERY VISIT TO L.A. AREA

Los Angeles, CA – If there’s one world-renowned West Coast auto museum that every enthusiast seems to know about, it’s the famed Peterson Museum in Los Angeles. Perhaps it’s because the museum’s founder and namesake, the late publishing magnate Robert E. Petersen, was the man behind such iconic enthusiast magazines as Hot Rod, Motor Trend, Sports Car Graphic, and Car Craft – just to name a few. But to those who venture into L.A., park on the Petersen’s rooftop parking structure and then spend a day walking through the ever-changing displays of historically significant automobiles assembled here, it’s all about the cars.

For Ford fans, it’s all about the Fords. Our own roving photographer, Ford Marketing retiree and super-enthusiast Bill Cook, doesn’t go anywhere without his camera. So when he flew to Los Angeles a while back to spend time with his daughter and to enjoy some "automotive culture" out on the Left Coast, he stopped in to The Petersen Museum in L.A. to check out what kind of cool Fords he could find on display there. We’re happy to share some Bill’s photos from his day at The Petersen with you in the gallery below:
