Pawlak Finds Early Success with Ford Performance Parts

DEARBORN –Justin Pawlak’s recent podium finish at Wall Stadium Speedway puts him the hunt for a Formula Drift championship.

Pawlak’s early season success can be traced to his combination of driving skill and his Ford Mustang. It takes the right parts and engineering to prepare his Mustang for epic drifts and tight turns around the track.

Quality, ease of availability, and simplicity in design are some the qualities he looks for in parts for his competition Mustang. That’s where Ford Performance Parts step in.

“My partnership with Ford Performance Parts is very important. I like to keep things simple, but effective in my drift car,” Pawlak explained. “In my opinion, using parts that are relatable to customers and the same parts you could run in your street car is impressive. In a series where drivers use ‘unicorn builds’, I like to keep things simple and dependable with genuine Ford Performance Parts.”

Pawlak also uses Ford Performance Parts outside of Formula Drift.

“I try to use Ford Performance Parts in many of my builds because I can rely on the quality of the parts,” Pawlak said.

“I’ll be running a Ford Performance 572ci big block in my 1960 Ford Galaxie Starliner very soon. I’ve used several Ford Performance Parts in my 2006 S197 Mustang with a Ford Performance Coyote crate engine.”
