MOHNTON, Pa. – If you’d like to experience how young Mustangers prefer to celebrate their favorite pony car, you won’t find them at a show whose main activity is polishing their cars in a parking lot or sitting in lawn chairs waiting for the awards to be handed out. Rather, you’ll find them gathering for the big “American Muscle” show that invades Maple Grove Raceway in Mohnton, PA, each summer. For 2018, some 10,000-plus late-model Mustang enthusiasts who like to party packed the track, with some 2,500 cars on display. Beyond all the great Mustangs, there were prizes, trophies, special guests, an Opening Ceremony Parade, Revving Competition and a Burnout Competition, plus many more things to see and do.

On Saturday, June 16, our Ford Performance Parts Trailer was crowded all day during the annual show. But we asked out Ford Performance Info Center staffer and FordPerformance.com photographer, Isaac Ireland, to slip away for a few minutes and take photos of some of the more notable rides he saw there.
