SCOTTSDALE, AZ – If you have been to the famed Barrett-Jackson auto auction held annually in Scottsdale, Arizona, then you know Ford holds the most prominent footprint of all the OEM’s there. Upon entering the auction facility you immediately step foot into the massive Ford display, which includes some of your favorite Ford Performance vehicles.  While taking a walk through the other areas, show-goers can take a seat in the auction area or walk through the vehicle staging areas to get a close look at the classics awaiting their chance at top-dollar bids on the auction block. Just outside the facility, Ford offers more high-octane attractions, including hot laps in the Shelby GT350 along with ride-and-drives in some of the company’s latest vehicles.

The 46^th edition of Barrett’s Jackson’s “Annual Scottsdale Auction” had an extra buzz, thanks to the highly-anticipated reveal of the all-new 50^th Anniversary model of the Shelby Super Snake.  Located in the heart of the Ford Performance display, the Shelby American and Ford Performance leadership teams stunned the crowd with the unveiling of this legendary Shelby Mustang nameplate.

As you may have guessed, Ford Performance was on the ground at this historic reveal, and we brought our friends from The Function Factory with us. Charles Siritho and his video production team came equipped with their cameras and video equipment to give all of you some “insider” access to the entire “Super Snake” unveiling ceremony.
