AMELIA ISLAND, Fla. – Beginning in 2013, the Cars & Coffee event before the annual Amelia Island Concours has allowed individuals with rare, exotic, and collectible vehicles to gather on the same show field that is used to display the cars entered in the prestigious Concours de’Elegance. Unlike Sunday’s main event which is limited to a select group of vehicles with unique historical significance, Saturday’s Cars & Coffee at the Concours features a diverse group of vehicles that celebrate the automotive enthusiast. This year’s Cars & Coffee had over 500 cars from local car clubs displayed on the 1st and 2nd fairways of the Golf Club of Amelia Island.
Longtime Shelby enthusiast and SAAC-MCR club founder Jeff Burgy stopped by The Amelia’s Cars & Coffee and snapped photos of many of the notable Fords that he found on display there. He agreed to share his photos with us, so check out some of the Blue Oval beauties in his gallery below:
