PLYMOUTH, Mich. – The annual Concours d’Elegance of America took place at The Inn at St. John’s on July 28th, 29th, and 30th in Plymouth, Michigan, and featured a full weekend of events. Some of Saturday’s show highlights included a “Cars & Coffee” event, the Concours d’Lemons, and a Barn Finds seminar. Our correspondent, Bill Cook, attended the Concours d’Elegance Cars & Coffee on Saturday morning before the Concours d’Lemons event, just to see what Fords we would find there. We weren’t disappointed, as we spotted Blue Oval rides of all kinds, from Ford GT’s and Shelby Cobra’s to GT500’s, and Daytona Coupes in attendance. After the Cars & Coffee gathering concluded, there was a special Barn Finds seminar hosted by cable TV show host Wayne Carini and automotive writer and author Tom Cotter. Take a look at some of the exquisite Fords we found there on that Saturday in our gallery below.
